Our original recipes were developed by our passionate ice cream craftsmen and contain less than 100 calories per 100 g. They represent a healthy and gourmet product you can find in the frozen section.

The secret of our exclusive formula lies in:
Low fat: cream and butter are replaced by vegetable fat: GMO -free and non-hydrogenated sunflower oil and coconut oil which represent a quantity of less than 30%.
A unique smoothness: Our almond milk: the most neutrally tasting plant-based milk but also the most interesting nutritionally as it is rich in vitamins and selected in its version without added sugar to limit calorie content. Plant-based milk contains 30% fewer calories than classical milk.
Sucrose free: We have replaced sucrose with maltitol, the most natural sweetener. It doesn’t add any calories or increase blood sugar levels and is suitable for all types of diabetics.
Other recipes were developed with agave syrup: a natural unprocessed sugar, which allows to reduce the calorie content.
